I really love this app—it's clear the developer puts a lot of thought into features and makes it helpful for folks with POTS. I have a couple suggestions. 1 Being able to edit past symptom logs would be nice. 2 The exercise page is cool, though day one requires equipment (exercise bike) so it would be nice to be able to choose a "no equipment" option. It follows a daily plan, but flare ups can disrupt, so maybe instead have a selection of varying exercises based on how well you feel that day.

Fantastic app for tracking water and sodium intake! I love that it doesn't require any extra app permissions, there's no ads, it's simple and does what it says. Thank you!!

Update: I love the new symptom tracker. It lets you put in when the sunlight started, the severity, and what triggered it. It's great for logging syncope, joint dislocations, seizures, and even headaches. It's a helpful features like this. This app is also really good for tracking hydration, sodium, and exercise Old review:Nice for tracking water sodium, and view a medically approved exercise plan, but you can't track any symptoms/when you've passed out with us what I'm looking for in a POTS app

Hi Kara. Thank you for the feedback. I'm in the middle of creating a symptom tracker for that exact use case. It will be in the next release of POTSie.
