Absolutely terrible experience with KEX Thailand. My package has been seriously delayed for over two weeks and despite multiple attempts to contact them, their customer service team has failed to provide any solution. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs. Scam Express 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Not helpful and lost my package. And the call center doesn't help they just say to wait and they check the tracking number which is what I can do on my own. so I don't get the point of the help center if they can't help with anything You can't pick up the package because the tracker isn't accurate a disaster of a company not a smooth experience at all

Sometimes the app works, and other times it does not. This has been ongoing now for over 1 year. But why a logistics company cannot have a simple app to track packages and keep some basic history of some of these searches?? . Shipping service is ok though. But senders need to know the cutoff time for their dropoff location. Recipients need to include extra line of directions to help driver. Most drivers do not speak English. So then logistics company should give drivers more gps tools.
