Has faltered twice now and will not work at all. I have tried over and over also with the help from ho and now app won't download at all. Nobody can tell me what is wrong don't have this trouble with physical card. Digital is totally frustrating. Great IF IT WORKS S...T ANY OTHER TIME

Not very professional. Shopping function logs off account and opens a default browser window. Shopping Cart is transferred between browser and app unless you can't login with password. Password update fails to execute.

I couldn't have my $20 reward yesterday 25 July, 2024 because the app wasn't aligned on my phone. I don't know why. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and my $20 reward has disappeared. It's frustrating. Not at all user-friendly. I don't know what's going on with your online app, but it's very poor. I can't even give you 1 star even though I had to click on there to write the review. I've been a customer for many years.
