I am appalled with the service and customer service. I ordered and it didn't show on my bank as it showed it was declined. so I ordered again 20 minutes later. almost immediately, I noticed an issue and called up. I spent £110 all together £55 x 2 and asked for a refund. there was very little help in this case and I had to pay the full amount despite being clear that I didn't want the food at all. I am furious with the customer service and will therefore never use this company again.

I’ve been coming to this Nando’s for over a year now with my kids, and honestly, the service is always amazing. The staff are super friendly and always greet us at the door. If there’s ever a mix-up or something not quite right with the order, they sort it out straight away without any fuss. I honestly can’t recommend this Nando’s enough. There’s also a manager there called Mailo who’s incredibly professional. I’ve seen him handle tricky situations so calmly and respectfully. It’s a busy place

poor customer service from nandos. my order was missing the main meal which came to £17.30p. I spent over nine minutes trying to tell the Indian woman on the phone who didn't speak Great English it hadn't arrived and her telling me I'm only getting £11.75p refund stating the meal only costs that.? I also payed a service fee of £2.54 and a delivery fee of £1.79. All I ended up with was sweet potato wedges. Im absolutely so annoyed and upset. I rang the store and they can't do anything. disgrace
