I did love it until now. After an update it stopped working. I mentioned it to clerk at the store and her reply was something about the tower, whatever that means. And, for some reason, none of my info was in the system at the store, which it was before Christmas when I was last there. Uninstalled it and will try reinstalling. Hopefully, that will do the trick. UPDATED: I uninstalled and then reinstalled. So far, working fine! Guess I should have done it sooner but didn't think about it! BTW, I did get a quick response regarding my review!
The only difference I noticed since updating yesterday is that it is a LOT slower. And what is up with rewards? The cashier always makes a point of scanning my barcode, but how does that become rewards? All of the other reward apps I have show how many points I have as well as how many more points I need to get a reward. It seems like a way to track my purchases and nothing more.
Coupons are great! But I can't do anything account specific as I don't recall my password and it never gets delivered to my email when I do the "forgot password" option. So I can't sign in and create a shopping list. Also, this is probably more website specific but things always seem to be out of stock online when I try to purchase online.
This app is terrible. Pages load very slowly and the product review section jumps to the next data field before I can complete a phrase and randomly closes the keyboard. Extremely frustrating so I gave up and didn't finish composing what would have been a glowing product review of a counted cross stitch kit.. The only positive feature of this app is the product availability search, and the 50% coupon that was a perk for registering an account. Very disappointed. This app was constructed with pipe cleaners and Elmer's glue.
Used to be great until the app wouldn't show coupons regardless of if I was in the store or home with wifi or data. Showed it to the store associates and they said they had never seen that issue before. Now it says it's not compatible with my phone anymore and closes.
Very poorly made. Closes the keyboard constantly while you're trying to type, which resulted in it taking over a half hour to make my account. Not to mention even though I had Canada selected for my region, it still wouldn't let me use letters to fill in my postal code. Once I WAS able to make my account, the app proceeded to crash every 2-3 minutes. Love Michael's, hate the app.
