Ratings and reviews

I wouldn't recommend buying these cameras for any kind of serious security monitoring. The picture quality is great but the software has a lot of problems. You cannot pause a frame and zoom in without it resetting to the beginning of the sequence. You cannot walk frame by frame to look at something in particular it just jumps back to the beginning of the sequence. It is constantly nagging me to purchase cloud protection instead of using my SD card. After 1 month I'm ready to ditch the camera.

App keeps crashing. It says it has a bug. Camera can be easily hijacked from someone else. The app has security features but there's nothing to protect the camera from being put on someone else's account as well. My cameras have been. There's also no way to see connected devises or to kick them off. So if you like being watched by potentially anyone, u should use it. I'm about to change mine to something more expensive. This needs a lot of improvement.

Android, excellent. IPad and PC, NOT EXCELLENT. I have no complaints on my Android phone. But on an iPad, iPad mini 6, the interface is just a phone interface size, on a big screen with wide black borders. It's like the app is made for phones, avf simple forced to work on iPads. It needs NATIVE iPad geometry. And PC, the PTZ is a huge miss. When the app is full screen, the PTZ doesn't expand evenly. Only the right arrow moves. In all honesty, none of the pan/tilt buttons should move at all.
