Ratings and reviews

I have cancelled my subscription multiple times and they keep billing me for a year of service. The app was so bad, I cancelled on the 5th day of my free 7 day trial. They aren't responding to me and trying to take $80.00 from my account. I had to get a new camera system because this is so bad. The customer service number is in China and no one speaks English. The smart assistant never responds and the cancel buttons are rigged, every time you hit "cancel" it sends a fake error popup.

The connection keeps going out...not picking up every motion. I have both cameras connected to see the lot from two different angles. They both are disconnected at the same time, therefore not picking up all motions. one picks up something that the other one doesn't. but both are pointed out to the lot. It's useless if it keeps getting disconnected and not picking up. I am not going to pay for the subscription fee if it's already not working right during the trail period.

The live video and pictures are clear. The app used to allow you to access small video recordings of every event without having a subscription. Now all I get is a snapshot when an event happens. The camera stopped following the motion a few years back. I contacted the seller but no response. I also find my light bulb camera is offline more than it used to be. Thanks
