Apparently you can't set a feeding time for 4p. 4a works just fine though. Many features missing from their auto feeder were available from other feeders a decade ago. A manual feeder with a smart plug provides much more functionality and value than their autofeeder. Not to mention that the battery backup for their auto feeder doesn't work without a network connection. Anything else is an improvement over this brand.

Update: After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it now works again. Increasing to 4 stars, could have been 5 if customer support reached out to me after I emailed them. Original review: I can't save any changes to the meals anymore, can't edit food amounts or create new meals. There seems to be bugs. I'm on Android, if it helps. The app used to work great.

The purchase of this door was a huge mistake. None of the smart features work. The RFID reader can recognize my pets chip, but won't allow the chip to be used for the pet. The external (additional cost) tags don't work reliably either and are big and bulky. The worse part is you cannot even schedule the door to lock and unlock at fixed times. There is a schedule feature but it requires the RFID tags, which as stated do not work. There isn't an API to use to replace this non-functional app either
