I used to love this app but lately I have experience some annoying issues. I bought a R50 voucher the 29th of August on my app using the Ozow option. The transaction went off from my bank account but I never received the voucher on my 1foryou app. I immediately contacted support and to this minute I am still waiting for my voucher 😤... To say I'm annoyed is an understatement. I am starting to get pissed off because no1 can give me any update on my issue 🤬

yesterday I added a balance to my account and transfer it to flexisave today I wanted to transfer it back to the main balance it says u do not have enough balance for this transaction while my balance was clearly showing. this is really frustrating 😡 please help fix this issue ASAP!

I've been using app whole day suddenly when I tried to login again it just shows something went wrong over and over again. it's really frustrating man . I want to buy from it and it's been hours saying the exact same thing !!
