This app really need to get fixed... most of the times it doesn't work or it's extremely slow. Sometimes is just loading but nothing happens. It's frustrating because I really want access to my account quick but is just not possible. Bring card control back please!!!!! Once again. A few yrs later. It keeps crashing. Is it going to be fixed?????

Updated review: I'm just not a fan of this bank anymore. They were really great about 10 years ago, but this is no longer that same company. They're trying to hoodwink us by changing their name to state there are more humans working here, when in fact it's the opposite. When I call for help, I feel like a burnen not like a valued customer. Also, the app is not easy to use and there are too many extras with not ebought emphasis on my actual account and the settings.

Been having issues with the app loading all weekend and when I was finally able to view the quick view today, great. But, since I needed to transfer funds, I can't login since it doesn't recognize my finger and even though I changed the password, it doesn't recognize it. It doesn't matter if you're using the app or going on your laptop, you can't login. So.... What do we do as customers besides going out of our way to an ATM, for those that are lucky to have one? *Desktop is giving me issues now
