The app overall is working good. The problem is that whenever something happens to the ufone network same thing happens here. I have neither seen 4g on ufone nor on Onic from the past couple of days and the internet speed is below 5kb. I don't receive any help from the helpline regarding this.

worst worst worst experience ever with any network in Pakistan. totally pathetic. totally unprofessionals, My internet was not working from few days, despite it was showing 4g complete signals on my phone, and 15gb data available, tried contacting them in FACEBOOK, WEBCHAT, & tried Calling them several times, They continously asked silly questions again and again despite providing them full details, they repeatedly asked me questions multiple times. My internet is still not working.

‼️Please do not switch to ONIC ‼️worst experience.. i am very disappointed.. payment issues getting charged double second time happening no costumer support at all they are in a early stages and there app has a lot of bugs i just subscribe to the iconic plan and paid through jazzcash the payment got detucted but i never got the plan activated this has happened twice now
