it malfunctions quite a bit, lags, can't make up its mind when the ride will arrive. I don't use it as much as I did when it first came out. a lot of the time it refuses in ap payments, it tres sending me to a 3rd party payment serice called Link wich never works. so I always make sure I have cash.

I originally registered over the phone. then I downloaded app, tried to sign in, says it already recognizes my phone number or email but when I registered over phone there was no password so I try to redo password and it says it will send me a text or call with different password but never does so I can't ever use app will always have to call for ride

This app refuses to accept a password. This app requires your telphone number or email wich violates your privacy. Another data collector.
