The account extracts are not comprehensive. The card extracts can only be downloaded 1 by 1 and if you have multiple transactions on many pages, you have to download each page. The mobile app doesn't provide all the functions once in a while. This is by far the worse bank application I have ever seen in 15 years on the Romanian market. I do not recommend using it. Migrate away to any other possible bank to get rid of this.

Need a modern UI/UX and smoothness, also whenever i kill the app in background and i want to login again, the account is blocked, you must try after 5 minutes, it's not a security, it's a suicide!! if it's a real emergency how can i wait for 5 minutes?? I use some other banking apps, they're so smooth, secure, good experience and easy to use ... I will be happy to change my rating if this app is upgraded. This app can be used in Kit Kat, but now it looks so old and classic. Good luck

Iti multumim pentru feedback. Fireste ca ne pare rau ca BT24 nu e chiar pe placul tau. Dar vom tine cont de sugestiile tale si vom incerca sa-l facem mai bun. Sa stii insa, ca pregatim ceva nou, tinem legatura! Numai bine!

I can no longer get past the login screen. App worked fine on an older device, but on Google Pixel 7 / Android 14, it gets stuck in a loading loop after opening it. Resetting the app periodically (when the process is so convoluted) is not acceptable. I've been a customer of BT for more than 10 years, but all my main interactions happen through this app, so it's time to move on to a bank that has the time, resources & motivation to make things work easily for their customers.
