It is the second time that this happens to me, and both times i went to the bank to fix it. It works for a week then it's gone. This time even if my fingerprint was validated, the password as well, immediately it displayed an error. I restarted my phone, I reinstalled the app and it is the same. I'm absolutely sick and tired of it, and I don't have the time to go to the bank every single time for it. Fix your issues, also so many banking apps are truly unnecessary.

Salutare! Iti multumim ca ne-ai acordat din timpul tau si ne-ai scris si ne pare rau de neajunsuri. Pentru a putea rezolva cat mai rapid ne poti contacta in chat-ul INO din pagina de logare neo, pe adresa de e-mail neo@btrl.ro sau ne poti suna la 0264308028. Cu bine!

The worst banking app ever made. You can only see half of the information on your account (for example you can not see transactions made by card, for that you need another app BT Pay). Everything is split in half. Some information in one app, the rest of information in a different app. You need a piece of paper and write down the information from the two apps and then merge them together. Please fire your IT team. Worthless unskilled programmers.

I tried to apply for an online credit and the same error appears after a week or so. I have no choice other than going into the agency. I already talked with the call center and send emails to neobt, they just tell me I have to wait. Basically I cannot use the online cred option.
