Too much lagging. Doesn't accept more than one sim to the same user. Adding credit becomes like impossible when your bundle ends even you try to connect to a WiFi. The user interface needs to be more clear.

I got virgin with great pleasure after 20days of running it when I ran out of local data. So I was surprised to learn and see that their own personal application cannot run on their network without local data.This means that if your local data is exhausted, you cannot use the virgine application. You will have to run this application using Wi-Fi or another SIM data required to run the application to recharge online.A link is sanded by the virgin company and that link does not open without local

It's really good update and good user interface. But there's something, whatever you click a pop-up Warning Error massage says that "I have been logged out of the app", and I just logged in. I hope that the IT stuff fix this problem 🙏 .... Thank you.
