Megabus USA is the only official app for tracking of your next Megabus trip. Enter the details of your trip to find your Megabus departure time. Stop directions are provided for each City serviced to ensure you're at the correct location awaiting your Megabus. The app can save multiple trips scheduled for today or weeks in advance. Megabus USA is all you'll need to ensure smooth travel on your next Megabus trip. This app presently supports Megabus Midwest, East South Atlantic and Northeast Regions with East and West South Central Regions to be added in the near future.

Complete waste of space! Downloaded expecting to be able to buy ticket in the app and display it in the app. Instead it sends you to the website to buy, then you have to display ticket via your email or text. I thought I might at least be able to use it to track my 3:40 am bus from Philly to NYC, but they don't even show a bus departing on that route till after 6 am! App clearly has not been updated to show actual routes and times. Really no excuse for having such a useless app in 2022!

i don't really understand the point of the app, since it makes you go to the website anyway for everything. the information you put in for purchasing a ticket had to be reentered on the website .you can't view your tickets in the app, (you have to actually find the email). it's not worth the space on your phone (i immediately uninstalled)

Using it in Canada, Ontario. I put in the locations of departure and arrival and date. It can locate the bus number and showing a route map. Doesn't track bus status as advertised. Cannot send tracking status to friends and family as advertised. App name is "Megabus USA". App was last updated in 2016. It is 2023 today. Two stars for the route info and bus number. Not sure how useful it is for passengers.
