App itself seems to work decently but the PostNord delivery process is a mess: a link sent via email and text message was supposed to enable changing the delivery but just led to a page confirming in person delivery for the next day without possibility to change anything. Now the main page of the app is showing BOTH estimated delivery for TOMORROW and "your parcel will be delivered today"! Also the parcel is taking at least 27 hours from their nearest delivery station just 60km.distance from me!

Poor UX. Location in delivery info is not clickable. Even not possible to copy text. You have Find Locations screen, but it is poorly integrated. Doesnt suggest locations with pending deliveries. And entering own address only lets you see see a specific point, removing nearby points from the map. Correct way to implement: clicking address in delivery info takes you directly to that location in Find Locations screen.

works most of the time until PostNord decides that a package shouldn't give notifications and instead you get a physical letter about import fees, with zero warning as to why it couldn't be handled in the app. The same goes for paying import fees through the app. Sometimes, it works. Sometimes, it doesn't.
