After the update, the new user interface is not customer friendly. Also unable to add new card information. Tried calling the hotline but was brushed off and told to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app until it works. Staff refused to take down the error code and escalate the issue claiming that they could only do so if the error was replicated after the app was u installed and reinstalled after a few hours. Utterly shameful managment.

Messy. The new version doesnt show the period for the lump sum that is being charged and to make matter worst, there were separate charges on two consecutive days which even make things more confusing and unable to match with daily line items. It used to be good.

I am using it for my carpark/erp payment with auto top up function. recently I tried to change my credit card used for auto top up but it is not able to do it on apps. It requires me to go EZLink ticket office personally to cancel auto top up and after few weeks later to re-apply auto top up again. The worst is to apply auto top up requires individual to go ticket office again.
