Hey look at that, no more crashing when searching, AND the search features in general are SO MUCH BETTER NOW! Great job devs! My only suggestion would be a way to easily back out of searching for a specific month and year with an "Any" option. Right now you have to clear all filters to get rid of the month/year filter. Another option could be to do what you did with cruise length and use check boxes for the month/year selections instead of radio buttons. As is, though? Solid 4 stars! 🤩

A huge difference since my last review, in 2015. It seems they were working the bugs out. in that time, Ship Mate has absolutely stepped up their game. You will find that if the company you've booked with has an app, Ship Mate will be an easier option to find some information that your cruise line does not include in their app services. As far as social interaction and gathering information from people who have cruised the same itinerary, it is way ahead of the game. The Facebook of cruise lines.

All my cruises disappeared. I tried help and contact I hit email and it just keeps taking me back to FAQ. I login and when I go to look at anything it tells me I need to login. I'm already logged in! Something is seriously wrong with the app! Okay I finally completely logged out and logged back in and everything returned. Still no way to contact support unless you go to play store and do it there. That's why only a 4 star.
