This app used to work well, but I don't know what happened to this app. It just stopped working on my cell phone. It works fine when I'm at home on my Wi-Fi but not on the phone anymore. Which is unfortunate.... I keep getting getting an error message saying "Can't connect Edge Server" Please try again later!! Annoying as heck..... Anyone else having trouble like this?

Watched a movie over the weekend while traveling and the next day(BAM)!!! The damn app just stops playing while out on the road. At home with wif, everything is good. Tried reinstalling and checking all of my phone settings, NOTHING!!... you're unable to reach anyone for assistance. Just pay your subscription and be quiet. They'll take your money but have any direct contact number. I'll give them a -10

Lots of problems when loading a show since the last update. I've never had this type of issue with any other service and it's very frustrating. You can't watch anything. If you pause and episode, when you start watching again, it starts from the begging. The app doesn't keep up where you left off. Every single time you have to search for the episode you last watch. The app worked fine before but the update was just a mess.
