They say they give you pricing control, but that is mostly a lie. They let you choose between the way they want you to price your services, and unbalanced pricing, that makes it impossible to have consistent pricing for any difference in orders, (size, distance, etc.) Rather than helping you, customer service just tries to get you to do it the way they want.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with some other reviews here as far as the app not quite being up to par. Not all of the stores have catalogs, the app still glitches/freezes, the item pricing is never accurate, the messaging does not work correctly (easier to just text customer directly but that is not as professional), and these have been a few of many of the issues for years now. I also believe charging 5% of the customers' order is too much for "keeping the lights on". Out of room to add more.

The app works very good never had any glitches or problems loading any pages. The only thing I wish is that dumpling had more store inventories on the app such as sprouts as customers have a difficult time putting together orders from stores that the inventory is not on the app. Payment is easy communication is easy checking off items is easy overall 4 out of 5 stars.
