Effortless gardening with Seedtime Garden Planner

PLANTING CALENDAR
Add crops to your planting calendar to easily visualize when to seed, transplant, harvest and more - all based on your local area. With your Seedtime Planting Calendar you’ll be able to:
-Add and edit crops in your growing calendar with just a few taps
-Choose between spring or fall plantings and add succession plantings to plan a continual harvest all year round
-Adjust your plantings on the fly with simple drag and drop editing
Sort, filter, and view your planting calendar in different ways to maximize your productivity

GARDENING TASKS
Tasks will auto-compile from your Seedtime Calendar plan with a daily or weekly checklist so you never fall behind again. Just plan your garden out in the web-app and then use the mobile app to stay on track through the gardening season. With the task list you’ll be able to:
- View your daily or weekly task list
- Mark tasks as complete as you do them in the garden (syncs with the planting calendar)
- Edit task dates if you need to adjust them
- View “what to do” and “how to do it” information for tasks
- Quick links over to the Seedtime Classroom to watch short masterclass videos for tasks

GARDEN PLANNER JOURNAL
Your task list is awesome - but it doesn’t stop there. Use the Seedtime Journal to keep track of your notes or observations in the garden. With the journal you’ll be able to:
- Add pictures to your journal entries to track your gardening progress over time
- Tag entries with related tasks
- Link your notes to specific plantings
- Search all of your notes for anything you’ve written about

I like the idea but the UI is built like a poorly made website from the early 2000s and they exclude a lot of very basic plants. I've heard people complain about a lack of herbs, but I specifically was frustrated by the lack of any hibiscus and noticed there's a lot of other flowering plants missing and you have to pay to add custom plants, making it essentially useless if some of your plants aren't on their short list.

so far I've only used the free version but I'm quite impressed with the ease of use and how I can change certain settings to adapt to what I want to do with my garden(like setting basil to harvest every few days after they've matured to keep them producing new leaves). the only thing I can't seem to find is, I wanted to schedule garlic for planting but the plant isn't in the list I can select. that's the only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars. overall, fantastic app!

Meh... An ok gardening app,I like the calender set up. Just find it odd that you're required to have a PAID SUBSCRIPTION just to add varieties that aren't already listed. And the "PAID SUBSCRIPTION isn't even worth it. Plus you have to use "credits" just to ask the AI questions... Really? Think I'll just stick the one I already paid for and use.
