VRT Booking no more schedules, many more places. Book a ride through our app or over the phone.
What is VRT Booking?
VRT Booking is the new name for the VRT OnDemand app. Valley Regional Transit is growing, and the VRT Booking app allows passengers to book rides for both VRT On-Demand for all riders and VRT’s Beyond Access service for those that qualify.
With VRT On-Demand, you can schedule a ride when you need it. Riders are picked up near their location and dropped off near their destination. VRT On-Demand offers more places to go at the same rates as fixed-route bus fares — works like a taxi, runs like a bus!
VRT’s Beyond Access service provides free curb-to-curb transportation for older adults and persons with disabilities who qualify. Beyond Access is available in both Ada and Canyon counties.
How do I pay?
For VRT On-Demand, you can purchase a pass at any of our outlets, pay with cash on board the bus at the fare box, or through our Umo Mobility app. More information on fares and passes can be found online at ridevrt.org/fares.
VRT’s Beyond Access service is fare-free!
How long will I wait?
The drop off window is an estimate based on your desired travel time. Because this is a ride-sharing service, actual drop-off time may vary due to demand. Please understand that while we make every effort to arrive at your desired travel time, you may have a slight wait due to demand. If you must arrive at your destination at a specified time, we recommend planning your trip to arrive early.
When does VRT On-Demand operate?
VRT has two On-Demand services. The 150 Nampa/Caldwell On-Demand runs 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. The 160 Eagle On-Demand runs 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
When does VRT Beyond Access operate?
Beyond Access runs 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
