Just got circular 2, absolute garbage. The app crashes when I try to sync, so it's just absolutely useless. I've had a number of problems and no response from customer service for weeks. Stay away from this company! The ring is giving completely wrong info, my heart monitor gives me one beat and then a flat line, the live readings for SPO2 jump from 40-90%, and it isn't recording my steps. Then, the sync issue started and the app just crashes every time I open it.

terrible app. crashes every time it attempts to sync. Data is incorrect, sleep is wildly off, as are steps. The heart rhythm is useless. If the ring cost 100 dollars, this might be acceptable, but for as much as I paid, I should have just gone for a better brand. Additionally, all email to the company is unanswered. Save your money, this app (and product) are awful.

Great idea, trash execution. I bought my ring in July 2022, didn't receive it until August 2023 and it's been nothing but problems ever since. It worked okay for the first 3-ish months, but then it started losing functionality: no connection, no syncing, no recording various data, vibration function gone, button stopped working. I was supposed to have a replacement ring sent to me, but they backed out of that, tried to get me to buy another. Spent $250 for spotty use at best
