Business owners can apply for Renewing contracts, Bank guarantee refund, absconding cases and so on.
Employees can see their contracts, register a complain about their companies and many other services.

The app used to work very fast, but now it’s not functioning properly. Whenever I try to download my documents like contracts or work history, it says they are downloaded, but when I check, it shows zero documents. I’ve updated everything, but it still doesn’t work. It’s very frustrating because I really need these documents.

The application does not work well, and after logging in and while browsing the application, it is requested to log in again. The app freezes and a message appears that the information cannot be retrieved.

What is happening? Why is this saying you need to update even though it is already updated multiple times, yet still prompting you to update it again and again? This is so frustrating! Please fix it.
