Disaster for traveling abroad. Travel notice did not work and portions of the app won't load in Italy. My card was declined after the third transaction even though I set a travel notice weeks ahead of time. Now I can't rectify it and good luck getting ahold of customer support. It even pops up with an error sometimes stating that the card is not activated and that I should contact the primary card holder! ??? I used to be a fan of PC financial MasterCard but not anymore.

Terrible Design. Compared to many other credit card providers this app is terrible. You have to navigate several menus just to see your statement. It's ridiculous and convoluted and I often miss payments whereas the other bank apps make it clear and concise and I never miss a payment. I think if we are forced to use an app for free statements it should be very easy to use instead of convoluted with unnecessary clicks. I would cancel my credit card from PC if it didn't affect credit score.

I've never had any more difficult time with the bank ever in my life. Dealt with multiple banks for multiple credit issues. This bank is very slow and inefficient and has no idea what they're doing. Anytime you call that app is awful and barely usable. It would rate it zero If I could highly advise against this programming company and app in general
