I’ve been locked out of my Trading 212 account for **TWO DAYS** now, and despite trying everything — resetting my password, force restarting my device, reinstalling the app, and using multiple networks — nothing has worked. Each time I try to log in, I get the same useless error message: *"Something went wrong, please try again in a couple of minutes or contact us for assistance." There is no support number to call. I am stuck with waiting for them to reply to my email, assuming they do reply.

I am not able to download the app. When looking for it on my phone, it is not even found on Google Play. Using the link from Trading 212 website works only on desktop, yet still app is not downloading. I am using Galaxy Note9. I tried different phone and it worked. Not sure what is wrong. This is probably some stupid thing on my side but I just can't put a finger on it. This is more of a question than review....switching the region/country as suggested solved the problem. Thank you.

I was loving this App until 2 days ago. It's intuitive, easy to navigate and the fees cannot be competed with, however I've now found out why. The customer service is non-existent. Yesterday morning for no reason the app wanted photo ID and a video of my face. I've done this process 9 times and have sent about 10 emails... I'm either being ignored or they haven't got the staff to sort. So painful when you want to sell stocks and can't. HL fees are higher, but support is just a phone call away.
