I love all the options for sequences in Bend. There's something here from gentle stretching when it's so hard to get going to serious conditioning when I've got energy and focus. The range of timing is supportive of follow-through, and the sequences are well organized to be able to find what I'm looking for that session. Also, love the artwork! Everything about this app is simple, which helps hugely with focus and accessibility. It feels like a lot of care went into designing it. Is a keeper!

Nice interface, but the one single routine available in the "free trial", the morning stretch, gave me no desire to pay for the full version. It's just a timer wrapped around a single illustration of what your stretches should look like (8 of them in the free stretch). It's gamified, so you feel like you accomplished something and have the next goal, but it's just not worth the cost IMO.

This is exactly the app I'm looking for!! Simple UI, poses that don't require you to watch a video, a daily reminder option and the ability to make your own routines. Problem is, I can't use any of that because there is only one exercise available for free. The subscription isn't very affordable, and I would consider paying for it if it was a one time fee but I don't think that it's worth paying for a monthly or yearly fee at this pricepoint.
