Update: I got access to my account, they fixed the issue I was having but now I have a new issue. The Britbox's app isn't intuitive. I went back to resubscribe and now it asks for me to confirm my plan even though I've already been charged for the month. I try to Confirm Plan but it does nothing. It just opens the app and doesn't have a prompt that allows me to confirm my plan. I can't access content again. Idk how this issue exists.

Please repair the onscreen menu (pause/play forward backward). It gets stuck on the screen so the app needs to be closed and re-opened. Happens all the time. It's been 4 months. I have deleted and re-downloaded it. Still nothing. 6/21/24 Still locks up if any action is used. This really sucks.

I selected Chromebook, however, the phone version is downloaded. The system buffers and then only goes forward 2 seconds and then constantly repeats those same 2 seconds. I don't think Britbox is worth the expense any longer. I love the shows when it works, however, it doesn't work more often than it works.
