Ratings and reviews

COE is great, but the app is terrible. I open my course, and it is blank, or the wording is all white, like the background. I'm not sure which, but I can not use the app at all. I am stuck using the web version. Save yourself time and space by using the website and not getting the app that does not work nor have settings to adjust light/dark or anything else! Also, it seems this is a known issue as many reviews of the same thing and COE hs done nothing to fix it!

COE is very informative but I'm on the go a lot & chose these courses because of the app. Now the app isn't working and it's ridiculous. I can access all my materials from my computer but when I log into the app there aren't any words just bullet points where words should be. The pictures are loading and everything. My audio book works completely fine but my other courses aren't visible at all. I wanted to buy a couple more courses but the words are like faded out. Please fix!

Having trouble loading the 'my courses' page in the app. Uninstalled...reinstalling to see if that will help. Love Centre of Excellence. Love the fact they now have an app on which I can do classes. Instead of on a computer or tablet. Literally, this puts higher education in my pocket. Update: After contacting support which was very responsive and invested in resolving the issue, within a few days IT had come up with a fix for the issue and released an update fixing the problem.
