Ratings and reviews

As much as I like Ionity and the fast charging, I still can't activate the chargers with this app. it worked for a few months and then it quit on November 10, 2022. I've been reporting the issue but as of February 2023, there is still no fix. I'm paying the monthly service, but in order to charge, I have to call my wife who activates the chargers remotely from her iPhone. It's outrageous.

Doesn't work now. Making it work is like pulling teeth. I've charged ~4 times, and needed to move the car to a different charging point twice. Both the app and the on-charger UI are super unintuitive and janky. Really terrible UX. A bad experience allround, but 2 stars because I _was_ able to charge eventually.

I am based in Germany. The app worked well immediately with Google Pay and DKB Bank. However, with the credit card Traderepublic Bank, authentication failed with an unspecified error 4-5 times. Each time 40€ were reserved, I could not start charging until I switched to the credit card DKB Bank. After 1-2 weeks, the reserved money was refunded. I understand that money needs to be reserved, however it might be possible to fail the charging right away rather than to reserve and then fail.
