After the update completely unusable. Lookups used to be practically instant. Keying in a barcode used to be difficult sometimes with my barcode scanner, now unusable. Before could scan a barcode. Then it would clear the field and the focus would go to the now empty field so I could hit scan again. Nonononono. Now returning to the field requires you to hit the x to clear the field before you can put in another barcode. They just dont want to make money it seems. Tired of explaining.

Almost two weeks after receiving my items, they claimed two of them were missing.. but when they sent the final tally, those items had magically reappeared but three other items (the ones with the highest price quotes) were suddently deemed unsuitable and deducted, and then they refused to return them. This is a scam site, don't waste your time.

Changed my review due to poor experience I've had with this company. I sent in all my books agreed upon by the input. 2 books were "not found" even tho I printed the list, checked off each one and put it in the box. I even double checked here and they are gone. The last book that wasn't accepted "didn't have a barcode." Their scan tool lets you type in the ISBN # of a book. Worst case scenario they type it in. Because of this 3 books were not paid for and now they have them to sell. Scam! Avoid!

We are excited to announce a new version of the Decluttr app, specifically addressing performance issues with the media scanning tool.

In this update, we have also:
• Added a short delay between scans for a more accurate and seamless scanning experience.
• Removed the manual barcode entry requirement, allowing customers to scan any barcode, regardless of length.
