Never have had an issue with this airline. Comfortable seats, pleasant and responsive customer service. Direct flights with no hassle booking. I do wish the prices would quit going up, and the perks would quit going away. It used to be nice when I could book my last-minute ticket for a fraction of the cost now with no risk if I needed to cancel. But as in all things, it was too good to be true for very long. Still, right now, I choose Breeze first before every other airline.

Very confusing app. Check in was a pain, it initially brought me back to the home screen when clicking check in, tried again and it finally worked (but had a modal at the end telling me i would lose my progress even though there was a pop-up saying successful), but then my trips didn't show my flight. I went to check in again and it took me to my boarding pass, but still doesn't show under my trips. This seems like a bug. Bottom nav stops working occasionally for no reason. Nothing seems to work

Very stupid. They tell you to download the app (which isn't necessary) instead of navigating to the website. But then the app literally tells you to go to the website. You can't sign in on the app while on the plane, and the website doesn't work because the stupid on-board Wi-Fi blocks their own website. Like, how do they actually manage to sell Wi-Fi on these planes? Stupid. Also, please partner with T-Mobile with their free onboard Wi-Fi deal. That's much more straightforward.
