At first glance the camera seems awesome but The camera stops recording randomly , in my instance it stops at midnight . Now I can't get it to record , with a payed subscription I shouldn't have this many issues . Camera also always reverts from HD to SD which is lower resolution, as soon as you leave the app . Recordings will not be high Def. Still fighting for my subscription refund , the support is not the best... I don't recommend this company/ app . Spend more for a different company.

Should be more flexible. It is not as user-friendly as it should be. It needs more tab options , it should be size adjustable. It is not compatible on all phones software needs updated to allow consumer to copy cameras to new phone when they update their equipment. Customer service does not read notes in chat .

It seems to not recognize the memory card after a while. Will put them in other devices and works fine. But want it decide it can't recognize it will start failing to format and force you to by the cloud or new card
