Do NOT download this app if you are a foreigner in Vietnam. Every driver will cancel when they hear you are not Vietnamese. It's blatant discrimination. I tried 5 different drivers in the last 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Try Grab or BeTaxi instead, much better service, and you can choose an environmentally friendly option. Wish I could give less than one star

Key points: 1. Xanh SM are good for non-rainy days; most drivers will cancel your trip especially when they're near your house/apartment. 2. Constant crushing of the platform. 3. No 'take-a-photo' in the messaging feature, for the driver to see the landmark of pick-up..

Can't disable annoying promotion notifications (about twice a day) without disabling all other important notifications too. There's something called notification channel you know? Otherwise, services are good.
