Ratings and reviews

This app and service has gone down hill over the last couple of years. The app glitches for me somehow and changed the dates of a booking I was making. unfortunately I didn't notice it until it was too late and they refused to give me a refund even though I caught the mistake within a few hours of make the booking.

Hotel was subpar, definitely didn't match the standard displayed in the listing, to the extent that I turned around and walked out of the room and handed in my key ten minutes after picking it up. Virtual Assistant locked chat and there appears to be no way to contact customer service other than that glitchy program.

Used to be good, but the prices are much higher and give you rules on using multiple payment methods, i.e. keyCash, gift cards, credits, and you can just Google better prices. There's very little benefit to loyalty anymore as Expedia, Priceline, Vrbo, OrbitZ are all the same. Garbage application that harvests data and prices on urgency. It's not bed bugs, it's a new feature!
