The indispensable app for all hear.com HORIZON hearing aid wearers. The hear.com HORIZON app allows you to discreetly control the pioneering hearing system from hear.com in complete comfort via your smartphone. Transfer multimedia content such as music or phone calls directly to the hearing aid, set different amplification programs and activate innovative functions such as SPEECH FOCUS, PANORAMA EFFECT and the world first MY MODE functionality.Thanks to the simple, intuitive user interface, you'll be able to use it right from the start.

Very hard to connect with the app, keeps loosing connection with Bluetooth, have to uninstall and reinstall app get app to connect to hearing aids. Sometimes app only sees one hearing aid. Used 3 different smart phones to connect, got an android one to connect. Not worth the hassle of always re-connecting the aids to the Bluetooth to change the sound. Will send them back, not ready for prime time at this price.

The app has great options, but it seems to sometimes to "reboot itself" and options disappear. For instance, the "sync" button on my app has disappeared and I cannot adjustvthe volume independantly. Also, I prefer NOT.to have bluetooth on all the time, but every time I put them on, blutooth automatically turns on.

Sept, 2023 This app is getting worse. I now hear nothing through my phone. July 2023 I am, sometimes, only hearing the tone on one ear and not the other. Sometimes, I am NOT hearing through my hearing aids and there are many times when I only hear out of one ear and not both when using my phone. It's ify. I'm becoming very unhappy with this app! August, 2024 Terrible app!!!!!
