Was good until the most recent update. The ability to pay my monthly bill is gone now? And tracking does even work anymore. I use another app at the same time to make sure my GPS is being used and it hasn't been tracking my movement consistently for about a week now. Used to be good from what I hear. Had it for 2 months then they went to yearly plans for a final cash grab on us.

The dev team has done a good job fixing the old issues that the app used to have, and I've noticed that my phone now uses the Helium hotspot in my house for WiFi calling, where it used to only use it for WiFi and data. I have noticed that the app is still pretty slow and buggy; load times are long, and it took something like 6 attempts and 3 restarts for me to place an order for a hotspot from within the app. So in short, it works, but still needs polish.

I like the service but this app is draining my battery! When looking at my battery usage in the settings, helium mobile is always the biggest draw by far. For example, Instagram, which I use all day, has only used 5% while the helium mobile app has used 30% in the same time period! I used to be able to go a whole day without changing. Now, my phone needs to be charged all the time since installing this app.
