Worst App Experience - Complete Disaster! Using the JioJoin app has been an absolute disaster. It crashes unexpectedly all the time, constantly shows "offline," and repeatedly asks to connect to Wi-Fi even though the device is already connected. Despite being on a stable connection, the app refuses to work properly. From the first day I installed it, I have faced nothing but issues. Hey Jio, I have many problems with the app. The incoming calls don't show up and it mostly crashes my phone when opening it while I try to receive the call. It doesn't even show the popup of incoming calls when opening the app itself. Showing popup on background is another horrible story. Even the call list doesn't update after the incoming call. You really need to fix this. You deserve 1 star for now.

JioJoin was a disaster from the start. The app constantly lags and crashes, making it unreliable, especially during important calls. Basic functions, like call connection and clarity, are hit-or-miss. Many times, calls simply don’t connect, or the app freezes midway, forcing me to restart it repeatedly.
