I did an update now the app no longer opens. After the update every time I open the app I get an error message saying "Can not start application. Sorry, server is unavailable. Please try again later."

The app stopped working after I did the update making my mornings longer because now I have to call a cab instead of using the app, im trying real hard to stay away from Uber but this isnt making it easier

I am encountering considerable challenges with the application's performance, causing significant inconvenience. While I appreciate the ability to schedule in advance, the application is in dire need of substantial improvements. Additionally, the customer service representative I spoke with was exceptionally discourteous. If there has been a change in ownership, I kindly request that these issues be addressed promptly. I remain a dedicated and loyal customer.
