Ratings and reviews

There is no ability to contact support at all without an account. The links they give for a support ticket will auto send you to a help article after you hit submit and never send it to their customer support. ID verification doesn't work, I've been restricted thrice and only use the site every few months, 0 possibility to have broken any rules. Used to be able to get in touch with support to have them fix it but that is not longer possible and the ID verification just gets denied for no reason.

Love the security that's built in to the app. But this is a step too far. I shouldn't have to upload an ID to verify who I am if I didn't have to upload it to begin w/ in the first place. I went through the steps of resetting my password. Sent the email, opened the email, did the Capcha correctly, even set up the authenticator app as an added layer of security. And I still can't get access to my account w/o uploading an ID Will actively discourage the use of this app to others. Link loads nothin

The app has an outdated layout which makes it both difficult and unpleasant to navigate. You can look for something such as where your saved posts are for a few minutes before giving up. Watching videos can end with the app throwing you somewhere random, with the video you were watching being lost forever. Your published research articles need to be entered manually into the app, which takes forever. Overall, the app reminds you of the internet during the late 1990s.
