Broken, says needs to update but already on latest version. Already tried clearing cache, data, force stopping the app and uninstall and completely reinstall from scratch. Edit: Seems to finally be working this morning, but didn't help when I was shopping yesterday. Bad idea to lock coupons and discount to an app if you can't ensure functionality.

1. Can't login to use app. Tried to reset password, but URL is broken, despite using 2 different browsers. 2. When the app does work, the "special instructions" at the end of the order NEVER sticks, and I have to text them each and every time to the shopper. 3. I am homebound and use a friend to pick up my groceries. I only have 2 options for shopping. Staters or Grocery Outlet. If Grocery Outlet had a shopping service, I would use them hands down. 4. Fix your crummy app.

Quick, efficient, and NEVER a mistake like other companies. I built 2 carts to decide. 1 with Walmart and 1 with SB. SB actually came out cheaper! They also pick the best quality produce. I have actually received rotten or missing food from other companies, and the customer service was terrible. With SB, I am able to talk directly with the store if I have questions. It's a no-brainer to use SB.
