FEEDBACK. If you give feedback about the Xbox App to Microsoft, you give to Microsoft, without charge, the right to use, share and commercialise your feedback in any way and for any purpose. You also give to third parties, without charge, any patent rights needed for their products, technologies and services to use or interface with any specific parts of a Microsoft software or service that includes the feedback. You will not give feedback that is subject to a licence that requires Microsoft to license its software or documentation to third parties because we include your feedback in them. These rights survive this agreement.

Ratings and reviews

Glitchy and laggy. Spent 5 minutes trying to end a voice call, and nothing worked. Force closing the app did nothing. I ended up having to completely uninstall it to get the call to close. Will take up to 5 separate clicks to get a button to work, or will take a very long time to respond to any interaction. You can still call, send, and receive messages with someone you've blocked.

I used the Game Pass app to play games on the cloud with no issues. Then all of the features were supposedly moved to this app. That's fine in theory, but it's completely FALSE. You CANNOT play cloud games AT ALL with this app. Instead, it directs you to go to a website in your browser. Thus, for cloud gaming, this app is completely USELESS and has NONE of the features you need. I guess I am uninstalling the superior (but now defunct) Game Pass app AND this one. Thanks, Microsoft!

Currently Bluetooth microphone is broken on voice chats. It will only use device microphone no matter what Bluetooth devices I connect. I've tried every setting under the sun to remedy this. I don't understand why they just can't use their teams call protocols in this app. Also I came from iPhone and I did not have this issue so it's not like they can't fix it
