Have been using this app from past 5,6 years, it worked perfectly fine throughout the years.. But now it suddenly started showing the error "EE NOT SUPPORTED" on all of our devices. starts working again on its own later. don't know how to fix this issue. Please give solution

This is the most unreliable cctv app out there! Works when it wants, and doesn't work when it's not in the mood! Now our camera system is working perfectly fine on our smart tv, but somehow this App (both on iOS and Android) decided to stop working all of a sudden. Giving either "Network error" or "Device is offline" (and it's not !!!) PLEASE FIX ! A thing like cctv is a security issue, and should not be taken lightly!
