Ratings and reviews

The application is updated, but I whenever I press the chat with the customer service button, I get transferred to a page where I find Q&A articles. I have a payment issue and I need it to be resolved please. I can see the amount in my account page deposited, but whenever I am in the process of ordering, I do not get the option to use this amount; only in cash or by visa. Please advise. Thank you.

I used to love Marsool and recommended it to everyone who wanted this service. Yesterday, however, i experienced bugs within the application and a very unprofessional marsool delivery person, and i have decided this app isn't for me anymore. I couldn't reach customer service except for only once since yesterday, and that was before the issues started to happen. The delivery didn't close until 5:30 AM, which made it even harder for me to rate the delivery. (Even tho it was delivered at 4:30 PM)

I had an issue today, shows pay now even after paying the amount. After continuous search for help, a support icon was visible, the representative said it is paid in the system but still after 12-13 hours of payment it shows the pay now option on the order's details page on my account. There is no platform to complain or provide proper help.
