I believe this incident is nearly deceptive to customers. When finalizing a purchase, a screen appears prompting a yearly subscription. It seems designed to confuse users: I intended to pay for my order but ended up subscribing by mistake. When I contacted customer care, I was informed that the amount could not be refunded since more than an hour had passed. The way this prompt is presented appears to me deliberately misleading to customers. Addition: Unjustified increase compared to restaurant

Latest update broke the app. logged-out of the app after the latest update and the login process is broken. Users can't proceed with log-in via mobile number, as the country list doesn't populate and shows an empty list, and the "continue" button is grayed out because a county prefix is not selectable... Truly incompetent No other way to login to the account e.g. via email or username, so you are stuck. Do you not test these updates before releasing them?

Wrong items in order the app asked me to choose and I choose refund to original card, now 10 day passed and no refund. Talked to support and no refund will be given. Asked for reason, none were given. It was not a cheap order, will delete the app and account after my current subscription ends.
