This app is good and all bu theyre just SO MONEY GRABBY. like 18 riyals for DELIVERY?! SERIOUSLY?! not only that but almost an extra riyal for "service fees"?! what service is that?! also they add like 5-10 extra riyals on everything for example if i go to a restaurant in person and order something its 20 riyals but on hungerstation its like 27 riyals bro whats this trickery also they give you "points" but to get for example 20 riyals off u have to buy with 100 riyals AND IT COSTS 10K POINTS!!!!

The order arrived after almost 2 hours. Expected Arrival time changes which does not let the customer get the compensation except 10 riyals where the waitiong time was worth 30 SAR. Such long delay should hace a better compensation! 50-100 SAR or so. Another point, there is no direct support call center, only bot mesaages. The app. also doesn't let the customer see the driver's location unless he's close by. By the way, this happened more than once.

I would like to share my experience using HungerStation. It is a very convenient and easy-to-use food delivery app that offers a wide range of restaurant options. I especially appreciate how quickly the orders are delivered and how simple the interface is to navigate.
