Worst delivery app ever. The driver information are verified , many times I tried to call the driver just found it’s different person. Their map are not accurate and coursed may confusion to the driver who keeps ask me to come outside to collect the order and they are 4 block away from my location . There no support whatsoever. If you have problems with your order then good luck to you. you will need to hand it by yourself. I got food poisoning from one of the orders there was nothing I can do.

Since last month, the service has become very poor. Missing, damaged, or expired items are no longer properly refunded. Complaints are simply closed without any solution, and customers only receive promises that it won't happen again. That's not acceptable. What about the money already lost because of missing, damaged, or expired products? Customer service seems to have stopped caring about resolving issues fairly. Very disappointing experience.

The delivery fees presented on the main restaurants pages are different from the ones in the order summary.. for example they say if you spend 15 sr on the meal then you'll get 7 sr delivery fees but after checking out and in your order summary it says your delivery fees 13 sr !! and I looked All around the app to see if I can call the customer support to ask them and I found no way to reach them not even messaging, coz the messages already specified and written by the company.. it's headache.
