Works well most of the time, but randomly when ordering I get a message that says that there was an error sending the order to the store and they can't verify if the store has the order or not. This is extremely dumb and shouldn't happen, we have ways to prevent issues like that. As far as I can tell this is actually an issue with the delivery service not having someone available to do the delivery, which makes it even more dumb because they are literally refusing to give the user the actual err

Weirdly the locations aren't in order of distance from my address, I had to scroll for a while to the closest location to me, even though I was within the operating hours. Also I would like it if I could modify a burger to have no patty, I order that way through the drive thru regularly. Tried to send this feedback in the contact us section of the app but it doesn't actually do anything.

Thanks for the review, Ash! We'll follow up to ensure the app is listing locations in the proper order, review which modifications we offer for the burgers, and see about adding a more direct way to submit feedback within the app. We hope to see you again soon!

I would give it a negative 5, but it's not an option. I recently ordered for delivery and some of my items were missing. I contacted the location for a refund, but I would have to go into the store to get it. I am currently unable to go into the store. That is why I ordered delivery. The manager said she had no way to help me, and there was no customer support for this app. I will not be using this service again. Do better P. Terry's.
