Update to response. I have done all that. I have tried the app on phone and computer. I have called customer service who are "looking into it". I have some success with just going on the website. Having trouble logging in on both the app and the website. I have customer service looking into it. But I've deleted and then reinstalled and still no luck.

EDIT: Googled beyondwell and tried to log in to their webpage, got the same error as I did when trying with a link through Regence's website. Customer service sent me the money I had earned through my participation up to the point I could no longer access the portal. Original: App didn't work, so I removed it and used the web portal through Regence. Now that portal doesn't work, and the app won't let me log in to try again. Conveniently for them, I hadn't redeemed my points for a gift card.

Constant problems at the pin input screen. I know I entered the right code, but it just sits there without moving on to the next screen. Then when I click back a few times it has me completely sign in again and set a new pin. Then it still sits there doing nothing.
