Terrible app for a terrible program. Hard to use; the opposite of user-friendly. Layout doesn't make sense, navigation is horrid, among many other issues (doesn't load, freezes, crashes, fails to sync data from devices). Setting wellness goals and tracking progress shouldn't be this difficult. Super disappointed that my employer switched to Well onTarget as their wellness platform, and I'm forced to use this turd of an app if I want any rewards. Hopefully they switch to something else next year.

Well, its happened again...for 3 days I have attempted to login on 2 different devices using 2 different operating systems and have not been successful on either, Android or IOS. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, called tech support and had no luck. The young woman I spoke to was pleasant and helpful, but still didn't solve my problem. My school wellness program still uses this app, so I know that's not the problem. I really like the app, but this is the 2nd time I've had this issue.

I have been able to log into the app just fine and can use some of the functions. However, I cannot do things like link a fitness device because when I go to the Terms of Service page it is blank and you cannot click Accept or Cancel. It just sits there with nothing you can do. If that could be fixed, then this might be a somewhat serviceable app. There are many apps WAY better than this one currently to track fitness results. Update 11/18 - Currently unable to get passed the entry of my PIN. App let's me sign in with my username but once I enter my PIN it just sits there. What a hunk of junk!!! They must have the worst software developers working on this app.
