This app doesn't work for me. I mean it has one job - transfer money. And it can't do that. I verified all my personal information, at their request... not to mention I still have to reenter my driver's license every single transfer. Try sending and it triggers fraud alerts on 2 different cards I tried. Finally thought it was gonna go through but it didn't -- why? because I'm supposed to verify my identity all over again. Not going to waste any time with an app that isn't able to transfer money.

TERRIBLE!! You can not talk to them regarding issues, there's no phone numbers listed. If you email them, the customer service is terrible! They are on auto mode and don't even read your email. I had 3 failed transactions, yet they haven't refunded me the verification dollar amounts back to my account and it's been a month! Do NOT recommend! Use a different money transfer service!!!

100% worthless. The bot walked me thru the additional documents needed. But even after that, the transaction was refused. When I asked what else I needed, each time I was told everything was good. But declined 2 more times. I responded to the emails but got no response other than "we haven't heard from you so we're canceling your transaction. 0 out of 10. Worthless.
